If by ID, you mean the random number on the bottom left of the screen, it is different every time I open a cam to view a new tenant. I think this has more to do with RLC than the person watching it.

I was thinking of those type of names when I initially replied, but didn't want to be specific, because of racial profiling.

Not sure if it is policy that all tenants must have a pet, but they all seem to have a cat or small dog. Also it appears there is a no smoking policy inside the apartments.

Try reading some posts, not just looking at the pictures. It has been explained a few times already why this happens to non paying members.
