A "school night" is a mid-week night (Sunday-Thursday), where most people have to either go to work or school the following day. Friday and Saturday nights are typically "non-school nights" (basically party nights). :)

Lisa is moving out, Misty is staying and still going strong.

I believe that Lisa is moving out for two possible reasons: No renewal of the rental contract or not enough viewers to generate enough revenue for her apt.
