Hi martyen, I would assume it's the old mattress cover from previous tenants, since we havn't seen Katie "squirting" that i know of.  Katie keeps a spotless house, so it is strange that she hasn't gotten a new one, maybe they washed it and just havn't gotten out to get one yet

Haha, maybe! Although I've seen homeless people sleeping on mattresses with less stains on them here in Philly than Serenas.
