BEST POST I'VE SEEN THIS YEAR 2018:biggrin::biggrin:

Contrary to popular belief, you do not pay solely for the Barcelona apartments. Unfortunately, there's no such thing as a Barca only subscription. Your and everyone else has access to a total of 22 apartments with the money you pay. RLC has no responsibility to pay more attention to any one apartment over another. The sooner some of you realize that, the less uptight you will be. If nothing worthwhile is happening in one apartment, I switch to another. If there's still nothing going on, I use it as an opportunity to go and do something else not RLC related. If after all this time you still aren't a satisfied customer, voice that opinion with your wallet and cancel your membership. Constantly complaining that "things aren't the way they used to be" does nothing as we all very well know by know.

BTW, this is not directed at you specifically Mike, more of a general statement.

If I interpret your statement, the user should pay and then keep his mouth shut.
Criticism is not desired.
If a user does not care about the other "apartments", then you are jammed?

RLC is already responsible for the smooth operation of the technical equipment.
Sure, RLC is not responsible for what the girls are doing.
Anyone who believes that the customer (lender) should pay, but does not pronounce his opinion but cancel the ABO, sooner or later will be without customers.
Arrogance in business has never led to lasting success

The RLC Power Outage Statement was a revelation of RLC's inability to maintain its technical operation.

That must be why RLC has grown from 13 to 22 apartments in the two years that I have been a subscriber...

Peanut will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think he means we can't express our opinions. RLC does something with some of the criticism, and nothing with some of the criticism. If you have something that really bugs you, and nothing is done about it, it's perhaps better to cancel your subscription, instead of what we have seen with several posters here, keep complaining for it for months or over a year, while still paying for something you apparently don't enjoy. That is just plain... well... not smart. :dodgy:

The last time I checked this website was called Camcaps,,,, the last time I checked RLC didn't own Camcaps,,,the last time I checked RLC doesn't give 2 shits about the complaints that are made on here about them.

Everyone keeps talking about RLC going out of business because of how much they are bad at what they do,,,last time I checked they went from 3 Apts to 22 Apts,,,,damn they must really be hurting for business.

The last time I checked,,,, I lost power and the power company issued me an apology for the inconvenience,,, the last time I checked my cable was messing up,, the cable company issued an apology for the inconvenience,,, the last time I checked,, I went to the bank and the bank Atm was under maintenance and said sorry for the inconvenience,,, the last time I checked I had no water and the water company issued an apology because a water main pipe broke and they had to repair it. The last time I checked every company has issues with their service so RLC is not unique,,,, Nobody is forcing anyone here to pay RLC but everyone keeps acting as if RLC is holding all of you at gun point and forcing you to pay them every month or every quarter.

Maybe I am just slow in the head and I just don't get it,,but if any company is not giving me the service that I am paying for,,then I simply cancel my service and take my money and business elsewhere...sounds simple enough but you guys make it look like the most difficult thing in the world to do.

Exactly, thank you CowArt for having basic reading comprehension. I never said or implied "the user should pay and then keep his mouth shut."

My exact words were:

If after all this time you still aren't a satisfied customer, voice that opinion with your wallet and cancel your membership.

The same guys have been complaining about the same thing since I've been on this forum - which admittedly isn't as long as some of you - but it's the same never-ending arguments and complaints. Yet, you still willingly pay for a service you clearly aren't satisfied with. Who's fault is that? RLC is rolling in the dough you pay them, apparently at gunpoint.

On New Year’s eve, there was no electricity in Neia, Nicole and Gina’s apartment.

It was entirely our fault and we apologize for the inconvenience.

As we told you in one of the previous newsletters, fixing these issues requires a serious technical upgrade of the heating and electrical systems in this apartment. These upgrades haven’t been done yet. We will let you know the expected duration of these repairs once we have a specific plan at hand. If they have no effect and the apartment remains unstable, we will have to shutdown this location and provide you with a new one – more comfortable and safe for participants, and offering stability and positive user experience to all our customers.

As far as we know, right after the electricity went off, the participants left the apartment and went to a discothèque, then came back around 5 AM and went to beds. The apartment was online at 6 in the morning.

We just want you to know that we’ve never done anything intentionally to affect the user experience. Please note, however, that we cannot and will never be able to guarantee 100% availability of all cameras and all apartments.

It’s also hardly possible that every viewer will be interested in all participants and their lifestyles. The needs and preferences of different customers are often conflicting and contradicting. This is exactly why we offer diversity on the site so that every customer can find just the right content here.

We sincerely hope that all our viewers who are not satisfied with the content offered on the site will find something that will make them happy in the coming year.

We would also like to thank all the users who support us, appreciate the concept of the project and share our love for it. Your words of support mean a lot to our team members and motivate us to continue our work.

Wishing you and your families health and happiness! Happy New Year!

NEW FEATURES

We released a major update to RLC Replay service — now the depth of recordings can be up to 7 days. The price remains unchanged.

Please note, when you purchase an RLC Replay subscription, you get access to the past 24 hours of footage only, as was previously the case. But the depth will increase day by day while your subscription is active.

We hope you enjoy this adjustment. More useful and interesting features are coming this year.

These are just a few of the things that I complain about directly to RLC's support team,,,not on a CC thread,,,and yes I do complain too,,but not about ridiculous things.

  1. Blocked Cameras (Cameras that are intentionally blocked by guests or tenants).
  2. Freezing or blacked out Cameras.
  3. Domestic violence.
  4. Rape/sexual abuse.
  5. Excessive drug use that causes harm to a tenant or guest.
  6. Child Porn or Tenants bringing underage kids around sex and drugs in the Apt.
  7. If I saw a tub overflowing or someone left the stove on and fell asleep.
  8. Animal cruelty.

These are not everything,,but just 8 examples of what I would complain directly to RLC about,, Yes it sucks that the ladies leave for an extended period of time,,and sometimes they are boring,,,BUT THEY ARE NOT BREAKING ANY RULES WHEN THEY DO SO.
