I have no idea how they are called in English, but in The Netherlands power companies, cable companies, gas companies, housing companies, they all have engineers who will also fix your issues on Holidays or at night. You might have to wait a while for them to show up, but they WILL fix your electrical or heating, even at 6AM on New Years day.

These are not everything,,but just 8 examples of what I would complain directly to RLC about,, Yes it sucks that the ladies leave for an extended period of time,,and sometimes they are boring,,,BUT THEY ARE NOT BREAKING ANY RULES WHEN THEY DO SO.

 

I also have posted some of the things that I have sent to RLC support in here to try and educate some that rather than complain here

send them an email

I hope it is true and RLC  fix all problems in B2

The same guys have been complaining about the same thing since I've been on this forum - which admittedly isn't as long as some of you - but it's the same never-ending arguments and complaints. Yet, you still willingly pay for a service you clearly aren't satisfied with. Who's fault is that? RLC is rolling in the dough you pay them, apparently at gunpoint.

I pay for 200 channels of tv and only watch maybe 10 and when there is nothing on those I am pissed and like to bitch about it but its not the cable companies fault but I still like to bitch it makes me feel better RLC is no different,but for the most part I feel I get my monies worth out of both
