One of the main purposes of this forum is to complain. The problem here is that people are complaining to VH via support ticket in order to compel them to improve the view of the cams. It is not the place for anyone to attempt to force the tenant to improve the quality of the view. Once it gets to that point we become directors, not voyeurs. The tenants should be free to maintain whatever lighting conditions they want, even flashing Christmas lights. Your choice is to complain here and not watch them.
