I do the following exercise, knowing that VHTV gives 50% of subscriptions to all tenants (it's on their website), that there are now 29 apartments and that the average subscription is $ 35 (50 % premium, 50% normal)
On average monthly, for an apartment to earn $ 3,000 a month, it takes 4,971 monthly subscribers.
29 apartments x $ 3,000 = $ 87,000
$ 87,000 x 2 = $ 174,000 (total monthly subscription amount)
$ 174,000 / $ 35 = 4,971 subscribers

Does the number of subscribers seem unreasonable?
$ 3,000 is the overall average so for normal activity, in case of show (as Bree did November, December and January) I think the double is correct.

  If you have comments, they are welcome.

How do you get that $3000 and what make you think that they are earning that amount of money??

The calculation is in my post.
I'm saying that if VH actually pays 50% of subscriptions to tenants, it takes 4.971 subscribers to the site for an apartment to earn an average of $ 3,000 per month.

Yes.. but my question is how do you take that average... i don't believe it's so high like that.. because living in russia with $3000 (being an average others will earn more) don't think they would be struggling when seems that even the porno house is

Real - much less. Foxy/Polly - in first months, Misty - in the fiery months = were close to 3k. Not now (again Foxy - more attention to basic work in art troupe, Polly - try webcam/Skype broadcasts).

If use your calculation then subscribers ~2,5k. But that's just my value judgment.

You can do the exercise upside down.
Let's say, 5,000 paying subscribers at $ 35 so $ 175,000.
VHTV reverse 50% so $ 87,500
29 apartments: $ 87,500 / 29 = $ 3,017

So if the 29 apartments are viewed the same way, each home gets $ 3,017 a month.
It remains to be seen whether 5,000 subscribers seem a possible reality,

I think it's more like this.. and even that maybe it's too much.. tenants normally even received less because they have the manager share and a lot of bills to pay (like a regular job here)

 @Coffee94 you are also forget that some part of subscribers if they are from beginning, they pay less then others.. And if the subsription is for more then 1 month the value is lower then that

I am talking about gross income. Everyone has bills to pay!
For the manager, I do not know who pays, tenants or VH?

I took $ 35 per subscriber, to actually adjust. But that does not change fundamentally.

Well he don't have much numbers .. but i think not even close $3000 is the average, so to make your accounts + - right, the number of subscriber it's less then that..
I believe vh take 50% (if it's what they say) and the others 50% it's for manager..  (Vh don't "talk" with tenants) .. So after that we don't know

With 2.5k subscribers, VHTV is worth about $ 1M a year.
500k for tenants (50%).
Infrastructures, network providers, support, ...
It's short as profits !!

That's why tenants are struggling... and also that's why they change their target and now are more turned to porno style and having tenants that advertise in one of the most world famous cam site.
And don't forget, 10 months ago they had half (or less) then the actual number of houses
