Yes, those numbers are way off. Like, waaaaaaayyyyyyy off if you’re saying 3k/month is the average. I’m sure that number has been earned, but it’s no where near the average, more like the max.

Read this!

I do not know what to think of your calculation. It seems to me delusional!
If I take a orgy of 2 hours view by 1,000 subscribers, it's $ 40! It's impossible with the cost of drinks, food, condom that accompanies these parties, they lose money!

Still according to your calculation, to earn $ 1,000 a month, an apartment must be seen 2,000 hours or 2 hours per day for 1,000 subscribers, which already a lot: still impossible for at least half of the apartments do not have this attendance ; he pays how their rent, tax, ....

I still think that your average is very far away from reality.. Groomy said that near that value was rarely misty numbers when she was on top fucking everybody when that kind of houses was new and vh have half of the houses... and at that time was the max value.. not even near the average...

Now if even the porno house with that big crew all doing shifts is struggling, imagine the rest of the houses

Hey, I did not say that each apartment earned $ 3,000 on average monthly.
I simply calculated (see my posts if necessary) that the 50% that reverse VH to all tenants averaged $ 3,000 IF THERE ARE 5,000 SUBSCRIBERS.
If there are only 2,500 subscribers, we go to $ 1,500 / month.

I understand that the tenants are paying the manager (20%), so we go from $ 3,000 to $ 2,400.

It doesn't matter how long a subscriber stays or how many times he comes back at the apt a day. It's $1.30/day for a subscriber, based on that calculation.

This means, if 100 subscribers visit your apt a day, you make $1.30 x 100 = $130 that day.

I think i asked you at the time but didn't know if you saw it (or answer it)

That only works if the subscriber don't see any other house, right?? because if he saw all the houses that $1.30 will have to be split by all houses, right?

???????

This calculation seems illogical (even to me) but it works because VH doesn't lose money no matter the number of subscribers.

If there are less subscribers, there will be less views for the apts. If there are more, there will be more views. VH will always be the winner.

Every subscriber pays $39 to view all apts. And every apt you visit receives $1.30. Again that seems illogical but it works for them.
