Groomy said that near that value was rarely misty numbers when she was on top fucking everybody when that kind of houses was new and vh have half of the houses... and at that time was the max value.. not even near the average... I simply calculated (see my posts if necessary) that the 50% that reverse VH to all tenants averaged $ 3,000 IF THERE ARE 5,000 SUBSCRIBERS. If there are only 2,500 subscribers, we go to $ 1,500 / month. I understand that the tenants are paying the manager (20%), so we go from $ 3,000 to $ 2,400. This calculation seems illogical (even to me) but it works because VH doesn't lose money no matter the number of subscribers. If there are less subscribers, there will be less views for the apts. If there are more, there will be more views. VH will always be the winner. Every subscriber pays $39 to view all apts. And every apt you visit receives $1.30.
