sr71gn Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Actually without a complainant the case wont get past step one in the us -- The domestic violence laws are a joke something like the crap that has been politically driven through by mothers against drunk driving--If police are called to a domestic violence call either party can say the other on did something wrong and the police will take that party to jail with no physical evidence needed- This has created much more bad outcomes than good and only made lawyers rich--and the arrested party or parties will be released OR --Just on their signature promise that they will show up for court Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
