Yes, I was a bit wrong.

Here is the key point. Ben says that he decided to leave with VH. And they close this apartment.

Initially, I used phone conversation. Where Whitney says - that she is cleaning apartment and what's next with project, she does not know in a pessimistic manner/intonation - in Russian, rather expelled, but the appeal filed, without belief in success (she certainly wants to stay).

Whitney can easily find another man but it won’t be easy to have the same chemistry as she has with Ben. 

Don’t think she will be provided another apartment without a boyfriend/partner. It’s best for her to leave VH and live with Ben if he is willing to do so.

thanks @groomy. whitney should definitely stay. ben didn't keep up his end as it appeared that he would bring more girls to the apt. he was speaking with becca yesterday & maybe he decided to return to her & she doesn't want to be with vh since she didn't move in with him right from the start. whitney could go back to clair or cleo temporarily until it is decided what to do with her.

she should stay. she has proven to be a valuable & versital participant & she can do it without ben. i don't think that she is too attached to him at all except with the project.

I thought the same, she could have temp place at Cleo's flat until finds reasonable solution. She's nice and there are no reasons to leave
