Yep sure have, cam4 just won't work on timeline. I have sent 4 tickets and each time have had a reply saying they are aware of the problem and looking at it. Still no bloody working though

Have just re-opened my ticket.... cam4 was later installed and maybe therefore not registered in the archive/timeline??
