Jesus Christ Eva,,,, if you're going to go to bed then get off the fucking mobile device. It is a proven fact that all this does is raise a person's anxiety thus making it more difficult to fall asleep. You do this all the time and then wonder why it takes you 5 hours to fall asleep.
