Robwin Posted December 20, 2018 Share Posted December 20, 2018 Subscribers may like to know now that if you plan on cancelling your subscription to VH it needs to be done at least 2 weeks before your current one expires. I have always noted that my current days left always have run down to the 1 day mark before automatically renewing but it seems now that a change in policy by VH now means you need to cancel about 2 weeks before your current deal expires as i have just found out to my cost so BE WARNED, Here is an email i received from VH when querying why my current subscription has suddenly showed 39 days left. VERY SNEAKY EH. Dear user! Your credit card is charged before the end of the subscription. In this case (2018-12-18) This is normal for recurring subscription.
