jabbath1987 Posted November 4, 2018 Share Posted November 4, 2018 The problem is opening more and more and more places of the same especially done by A&L, Jeka (Gargamel) mainly. Especially the appartement flood coming from A&L must have demotivated many tenants. And we all knew none of this generic places will make it for long. Apparently the managers did not. What we need is new managers with new ideas in new countries. Setting up competition between managers. So it won't work for A&L to just open a place with nothing special in them. And I agree VH needs a quality gate before opening places: Lighting Cam placements Blind spots The place itself (Bad looking places should not be accepted) Tenants (Is there any potential they will add something new and different to the site?) And there should be a time frame how much time managers have to fix things in their places. When they take more time the managers (not the tenants) get fined. And managers (Yes the real managers not the sub managers or tech guys) should meet with participants once a month to see what to do with the appartements in future and also help them with problems they have. This way the managers would be forced to get up their asses and finally do something. When managers are not able or willing to do. VH should look for new ones. For me being a manager means more like just opening up places with some random people with bad cams and many blindspots. Finally to say VH needs something new and fresh. golfer06 Posted November 5, 2018 Share Posted November 5, 2018 imo several threads have "stalkers" who are obsessed with only that particular apt & flood the thread with pics & comments. every move must be captured to the point of "so & so picking their nose". this discourages not only comments & other posts but leads to the point of ignoring that apt as people have lost interest in that place & those people. those places & threads become the last to be observed because the thought is that other apts may have something different going on & the stalked apt probably is just more of the "same old same old". also some threads may not have as many posts because people are actually busy watching them! ze81 Posted November 5, 2018 Share Posted November 5, 2018 As long as Managers have free pass there won't be any cut in number of houses and would say will happen th contrary..more and more houses.Look at a&L policy..guests and more guests that become residents,when instead they could put two residents and guests in the same house and have an more active palce..but no..lets open houses after houses of totaly forgetable residents,we lost one of th best managers in site(George)now he just have average houses and one of them it's so bad(Alan)that really there's isn't justification,sadly th number of houses will continue growing..and quality..not. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In my opinion if VHTV wants to get more subscribers, they should advertise CamCaps visibly on their site.
