So-so. Misty can do "fire" parties. For high ratings (statistics).

Project is progressing - now in VH are girls who regularly bring new guys. Copying old success - do not achieve new success.

On other hand - to pay such high rent. It will be difficult and I do not think Misty will agree to it.
