The simple fact is the apartment is the oldest surviving one from the days when RLC was about absolutely normal couples and not wannabe porn stars. Somewhere along the line, RLC dumped its original Mission Statement. Martina and Alberto remain true to the original RLC model. Personally, I've never been interested in the all-girl's Barc apartments, and I am left with CC and my fellow CC members to keep up with things. If you discount Martina & Alberto, VHTV does what it does better; there's a ton of stuff over there; their customer service is better; the time-line is terrific, and they are open and honest in the VHTVBlog when shut-downs occur.
