Interesting view,point 1 agree(he seems to get along good with manager),point 2..also Kinda agree,Alan seems kinda crazy a lot of times so..we wouldn't care much.Point 3..maybe Personaly he feels that's way,as an viewer house it's an all time low and would even say kinda embarrassing way for any manager,point4 that doesn't make sense to me,he is alone most of time..few views,few money and no wins..just loses.Could be manager doesn't need a lot of profits and he is fine with this low deliver place.Only thing George had to do was to put an new couple(active)in the house and with some minimal good guests and almost sure place would get more views or at least for more time and more consistent way.PS..probably this manager can't find anymore good residents,his last two houses were just "recycled"guests.So Gess he doesn't want to lose Alan.😂.
