Well if my memory serves me ok he has fucked her about 3 times during the evening 2 quickies and one fairly decent go when he came on her stomach and then after each one she went back to fucking cleaning :biggrin: Each time she kept her bloody pants on which i find very annoying lol. But not gonna get upset yet as it is their first day/night.

There are at least a couple of reasons. It's possibly not necessary, but
it's a lot easier and cheaper than finding and renting another apt. But,
most importantly, A/L have their eyes glued to those first months'
earnings. That's where they're able to steal thousands of dollars from
their tenants most lucrative month. They seem to have become
obsessed with that concept. The word "greed" comes to mind.

Not to us, but in A/L's eyes, they're ancient. Three months must seem
like an eternity for them to go without a first-month payout on that apt.

less than 33% total, not well over 50%. However, currently, they have
three apts that are offline, bringing their percentage down to 24.32%
for active apts.

Yup. I doubled checked and you are right. Don't know why I thought it was so high. Probably because of all the past apartments.
