RLC make many stupid decisions but having the twins back has to be the most stupid. As lovely as they are and as novel as it is to have beautiful twins on show, these girls prevent any hint of sexual tension. All the talk about who lives in which apartment and what they do or do not do is worthless without good service. Buffering and black screens every night (at the time the US are tuning in unsurprisingly) means RLC is becoming a massive waste of money and effort. I'm no techie so have no idea what causes the situation but RLC must know and should resolve it. 1
