There is fake and there is downright stupid and Salma is really acting stupid right now. She was getting so silly with her faces and girations that even Anabella couldn't keep a straight face and bust out laughing at her. 1

It's so completely stupid you can't help but laugh at it. This isn't what Anabella wants but she goes along with it because of Salma and also because they have to be careful they don't get too serious with Megan there. They have to start her off slow and light hearted and work up to better things later.
