Oh, you're right, people change all the time. I never said he didn't change. I
said I don't believe it was permanent or even possibly long term. I also
believe, in a lot of cases, if people like Alex do change for the better, it's
only until no one's watching or there are no other witnesses except the
victim.

I'm also not delusional in believing that anything in this world is perfect or
ever will be. Be it a person, place or thing, nothing is perfect. Having said
that, I think violent abusers like Alex should have a different, stricter set of
rules applied to them.

Totally agree with you..
And the proof that not all people change on the issue is that this guy isn't the first time (basically in one month) he does this on cams to the girl even when she is doing everything he orders her to do it, just can't imagine outside.. maybe it's his frustrations and beating the crap out of her makes him feel like a powerful and controlling person

Interesting! You think an abuser will always be an abuser? There's no hope for redemption? I don't agree with that. May I ask what special rules you would apply to someone like Alex?

Amy Kirill didn't change after the incident, or maybe he become worse by insulting people on the chat and yelling to the other guys on the apartment. I really liked Kirill in the beginning but now he has become such an a*hole... Especially after the cam shows started...

I'm not against giving people like Alex a second chance. But that second
chance would come with a very short leash. And if that second chance
was squandered in any way, there would be a box with one very high
window waiting for him with no future contact with the outside world in
any way. (Alex got his second chance and I would really like to know how
he has used that gift, so far.)

I believe that kind of violent abuse is an addiction, just like cocaine or
alcohol addiction and it's very hard to kick. I believe once it gets to the
level of abuse that Alex exhibited, it would be very difficult to be
redeemable. Not saying it can't be done, but I think the chances would
be very slim. JMO.

I hope yon't judge people by their body image and contribute to the social stigma attached to being "skinny" or "fat".
