I kind of think this villa is perfect for this kind of purpose. It is remote, no complaining neighbous, it has its own garden and its own pool. A vacation mansion that you don't really have to leave. Perfect for parties! It has huge common areas, where everyone can hang out together, and there are many private spaces, where couples can pull back if they want a more intimate moment. This potecial never really comes to use when it is just the girls there.
