Discussion:2019 Novel Corona Virus (Covid19) and It's Political Ramifications #4

Since the psychopath's administration took control of the nation's
COVID-19 data, I see the number of new cases has "miraculously"
dropped by more than 20,000 in just the last two days and the
number of new deaths fell by 60% in the same timeframe. Nooo,
there's nothing smelly about that, at all.

They probably quit counting people who received notification by the local health dept that they had tested positive for covid-19 even though they had never been tested, and they probably stopped counting people who had died in motorcycle accidents as covid-19 deaths.

Appears Belgium is having a surge in new covid-19 infections. Officials are trying to contain the surge to prevent the need for another lock down.  I still contend that the economic lock downs destroyed economies and cured nothing, all they did was postpone the problem unless you are willing to stay locked down forever or until there is a vaccine for the virus. I really believe that in the long run Sweden's approach, except for the handling of nursing home patients, was the way to go.

There will have to be restrictions for quite some time. Not too much and not too little. Simply ignoring the problem as Trump has long done will not work.

Spoken like a true German authoritarian.  You have been well indoctrinated by a bunch of government bureaucrats.  You are even probably stupid enough to still trust the WHO.

WTF?!? What is wrong with you?

Trump's been playing the authoritarian role for almost three and a half years and you write such bullshit. Come on, take your head out of Trump's ass and start thinking.

They did well but they don't have the vast dense numbers living there so that much helped keep the infection down as much as anything. But good luck to them anyway. When you think the WHOLE of New Zealand has a population of HALF of London the risk of huge infections was very minimal to start with.

4.9 million people...on pair of islands far from nowhere.  The comparison to anywhere else is just stupid.
