Also, you did not answer my question. Is what VHTV illegally broadcasting in Russia, thus the need to close the apartments or is it just a matter of them needing to payoff the right people to keep their operations going? It seems to be the case that they do not intend to pay the mafia, but rather move their operations to new locations. So, which is it? Perhaps a little bit of both I suppose. BUT, ultimately, is what VHTV is doing in Russia illegal by the actual law regardless of people's feelings about the law?

 

1) This is their inner kitchen. They made content and attracted participants. Now bad participants and no content. And maybe other managers use similar schemes (this is not prohibited by VH rules). I used the photos just for clarity.

2) In theory, administrative case for participant - 5,000 rubles for first time (and parents are likely to be interviewed by the police if guys&girls are less than 21). But who involved people in porn and prostitution, and have income from these areas - criminal case (prison). In Russia, no one filming commercial porn currently. Even quarantined - Mr. Anderson and Artem (various production agencies, which have become main suppliers of content to Europe) - used scheme with a car moving to Estonia for shooting sets (~ week).  

You can (relatively legally) do webcams (but not in studios), shoot for PornHub or Onlyfans. You can’t shoot commercial porn. VH by classification - commercial porn (since the produced content is pornographic, not erotic).

For example, Spygasm originally work only in Estonia. Although there were 100% Russian tenants and leadership. RLC closed all Russian apartments a year ago after this:

I would be curious to know what the rules are for the club members in regards to this topic. Probably strict rules to not discuss this at all. If this were a forum with individual freelance commentators there wound probably be a lot of chatter here, but because the club owners have a vested interest in sparing the dignity of VHTV, that commentary is forbidden among the “partners”, I’m sure. Really does go to show just how under control this forum really is.

Not that it makes much difference I don't understand a word that are saying. There is Translation bit it's subtitled in Russian so I would imagine that's in place for deaf people.
