I have paid for CamCaps because: those of us who enjoy entertaining, witty, and informative conversation with others have a great time on this forum. Some T&A is nice; but most of us can get that for free from imagefap or motherless. Or our sexual mates. Discussions about RLC couples and their dynamics is different. Discussions with CamCaps members is different. CamCaps is not porn. It's art. (Unusual art, but art nonetheless) (Hey Admin -- when you get done with your hangover, add the "paid member" to my badge. I certainly appreciate what you're saying. No one likes to pay for porn, at the same time this site costs money to run. If it is going to continue to exist, it must be able to pay for itself. Think of it this way, if people only went to your favorite bar or coffee shop to hangout, and never actually bought anything, how long do you think the place would last? There are a number of smart, or rather intellectualmembers on this site, decent people whose posts I have found very amusing to read. Unfortunately the site is also dominated to a degree by a handful of narrow minded, angry people who are stuck in the dark ages, always ready to support and pat each other on the back as soon as another member makes a statement they don’t agree with. Yes, you are entitled to your own opinion as long as it falls in line with theirs. Narrow minded and angry? Just read some of the highlyintelligent and educated remarks about blacks, mixed relations, people with tattoos, Mexicans, Hispanics, Liberals…the list goes on. Add naked monkey to that. Black, white or yellow, Republican or Democrat, the lady is married to your President. Again, you respect or support the process as long as it falls in line with your warped sense of right. There is a huge difference between not being politically correct and being politically incorrect. Still an active member of the military, I have spent a greatdeal of time with forces from all over the world, both close allies and others. Recently I had the privilege to work with some American marines. Once all the military talk is out of the way,the conversations become more generalised, cars and trucks, girlfriends and families, not much religion but certainly politics and problems back home. Many, many hours of late night talks have brought me to the conclusion that spouting the kind of narrow minded, angry and outdated beliefs that are promoted on this site, albeit by a small minority, highlights all the things that are wrong with my country, and with America. Yep,that’s my opinion and I’m sticking to it. Take a look at the stats. Only 120 members appear to beJr Member or above which means the balance of 19,000+ are therefore still newbies. Half the 36,000+ posts appearto be made by no more than 60 members. A membership of 19,000+ is very impressive, but how many are actually still active? I found RLC by mistake and as a result found CC. I registered because it seemed to be made upof an interesting bunch of people and an opportunity for a bit of fun. For me, I don’t think so; I don’t need this kind of bigotry, ignorance and total negativity. I will look in and screen what I want to read, but after this post it’s more likely a moderator will cancel my log-in. For those that have provided some entertainment so far, many thanks, I hope it continues. For the limited few, enjoy it while youcan, you’re a dying breed, fortunately. I understand what you're saying about the various opinions that are expressed here, and just know that they don't necessarily represent the opinions of everyone here. My goal here is not to create a community of hate and bigotry, in fact it's quite the opposite. I do almost no moderation of this forum (aside from removing spam), because I want it to be an open community where people are free to share ideas and discuss whatever topics that they desire (even if it means leaving negative reviews of this forum). I do my best to respond to people genuinely, and I've never banned someone because of an opinion that they've held. After all, what fun would it be if we all had the same opinions? I strongly believe in the sentiment "live, and let live". If you have an opinion that you would like to express feel free to share it. Just as I say to those who complain about the quality of pictures that are posted here, "if you don't like it, start your own thread and do something about it". As to the membership point, I have actually deleted a fair amount of inactive members. If i hadn't done that we would be in the high 20s. Forums in general tend to work on the 90-9-1 rule which says that: 90% of people will just lurk, 9% will post from time to time, and 1% will generate most of the content. Read into that what you will, but this is ultimately a forum in the adult voyeur niche so it's not going to be a hot bed of stimulating intellectual conversation. I wouldn't be opposed to creating a politics board to keep those conversations somewhat segregated for those that don't want to participate. Hopefully if I say something that truly offends, then it will be pointed out, but aside from that it is a matter of accepting people for who they are and either all getting along or ignoring certain people if you are that staunch you cannot accept their right to have a view. Lots of joking, minor trolling, egging one on; but I've never seen members get out of control and actually harm one another. I haven't seen anyone excluded, either; most of the regulars may post things that might offend Internet newbies, but generally it's all friendly jousting here. We're all brothers and sisters here when it boils down to it. Otherwise, we'd all have to go back to Y!A and get beat up in P&G or R&S...or 4chan. Those are scary ideas. There's a politics thread over at Old Dude's where we can rant. The trick is to steer the crowds over there when threads get off topic.
