Tinnitus Anyone 🙉

Seeing an audiologist tomorrow. Wish me luck! The prednisone hasn't done a thing. Still suffering a constant hell.

I play the tinnitus sound clip for people to give them an idea what it sounds like. Usually within seconds they are begging me to turn it off. For me, there is no off switch. It is a constant living hell. The sound of rain is my only relief.

I know it has been awhile since you have been on with this account but just wondering how the tinnitus issue is going and if you got rid of it or still have it.  If you log in with this account or another is fine.

I was just reading through this topic since I stumbled upon it. I have had tinnitus for about 5 years now and I was hoping maybe I would find a good suggestion from someone who found a cure! I have learned to live with it but I refuse to give up trying to combat it.

I haven't yet but it sounds interesting and at least worth giving it a shot.  My tinnitus hasn't been as bad as of late but there was a time it was so bad I was fighting to get any sleep.  If it get's that bad again I will try the CBD Gummies and see if it helps.  If you do try them, please let us know how it worked for you.....good luck!

I've been looking into this since it's really bothering me now. Some of the latest reports from the off main stream drug pushers suggest that aspirin, acetaminophen are heavy contributors to tinnitus. I've been heavy on the acetaminophen for a few months and I never had any type tinnitus before this. There may be something to this!

But the back is killing me!

Sorry to hear about your back pain TBG as back pain is no fun at all.  I've dealt with it for 30 years and the best thing I could do for it was a set of exercises that I got from my physical therapist many years ago.  I wonder if any kind of heat wrap would ease your pain a little bit to where you wouldn't have to take so much acetaminophen.  Just a thought and good luck.

I will for sure and thanks! 😊 I will tell you what helps me sleep. If you can, download the app Sleep Aid Fan. There are several fan types of sounds the app offers that helps me sleep since it’s a good background noise and it drowns out the ringing. I play it on my phone all night.

I have heard this as well. I used to pop ibuprofen but I hardly use it anymore. I can’t seem to tell a difference if I stop using it. Tinnitus is so hard to diagnose. I have been to an ENT and he did a ct scan of my head and said he still didn’t know why I had tinnitus. He wanted to send me to a specialist to do a bunch of testing and see if it was menieres. I do notice that sodium, lack of sleep or crying triggers it for me.
