There are really a lot of recurring problems in this apartment, yet there have been some maintenances made to solve them

For a few weeks now it has seemed as if neighboring apartments were being renovated, this house is an eternal construction site.
but here the cause lies in the lifting system, it does not pump out, the same problem for months / years.
and it is quite uncomfortable when the system overflows

She has been on and off on the phone with someone, I don't know with who.
