CCbill would have sent you an e-Mail confirmation of your payment.  If you could send me a screenshot by PM or e-Mail and forward an attachment of the invoice to [email protected]  and we can get the account looked after. 

Usually the Payment Server updates the Memberships automatically.

i had an email from CC consumer support this morning saying they are looking into my membership 

I’ll see what they come up with .if they can’t solve it I’ll get back to you.

I do have another little problem you might be able to solve for me 

when I had my computer I could get all the videos 

I have now bought an iPad Pro 12 I’m now unable to get the videos any thoughts?
