For example, it wasn't smart to bring Anna and Lola back. Even stupider was the decision to have the twins in the project. I think RLC is trying to fill the apartments somehow. The fact that there are still two empty rooms is certainly not because RLC has thought about it cleverly, but simply because they have no one to fill this empty places. 1
