I have seen the result in many changes over the years. However, because RLC has changed ownership a few times, some periods have seen more responsiveness than others. The decision to place cameras on balconies was an idea started on the forum. The decision to allow people to visit each other from one apartment to another between cities was laughed at by forum members initially, but RLC administrators took up the idea. Nelly now has some tolerance and is able to function better (in her mind) than her body will allow her to do. So we see her jerky bodily movements which are not at all descriptive of being drunk. Someone not so familiar with the dosage (like Bogdan perhaps) is much more likely to have dramatic symptoms: feeling hot a flushed...the need to pour water over one's head for relief; acute loss of bodily functions...the need to stay close to the toilet bowl.
