All the rest became boring (Greenwood even antisocial) in their everyday life and should be replaced. Well I do think you tend to be completely over critical of VV most of the times but in this instance I do agree. I've said before the couples are all stagnant and make the rest of the apartments a chore to watch; none of the couples have a single friend between any of them; the scheduled all girl parties are not fun to watch because none of the girls are into each other; Greenwood isolates themselves so not only are they not fun to watch themselves but they can't even add anything to the other apartments; and the couples all stay to themselves sexually there is literally nothing of intrigue to look forward to. Zoe and Sun are a breath of fresh air in Volga. They are the only ones I look at whenever I decided to tune into VV. The new girls add to this also and I like how they mix with Zoe Sun Inna and Jack. The high point of the month, apparently, seems to be when some of the girls get together and watch a porno to "masturbate". Only they don't because they just go through the motions of it for an obviously agreed amount of time and then stop all together. The lowest points, and it's happened when both Iris and Sonia are together and also when the larger group of ladies are together, is when the agreed time to stop "masturbating" is reached and they make fake orgasm noises before finishing. They are taking the piss out of your viewers - who is going to want to pay for that kind of nonsense? Apart from Zoe and Sun who deserve a chance based on Zoe previously, they all need to go - none of them are a major attraction because they've become cynical and boring. But this has been suggested before anyway. VV even had a series of HUGE announcements a few months back about new people, new direction, new management - and then built it all around the same recurring cast of people who can no longer be bothered to make a proper effort. RLC are arseholes and I really hate the management by middle men approach that Voyeur House has taken. You guys seem to be sticking to the more traditional route and communicate decently but you've got to be brave enough to either tell your tenants to up their game or move in people who actually want to have genuine fun. Last Friday I discovered that VV was charging me for both the standard and premium charges. I sent an email to their customer service to get a refund on the standard charge. All I received was a we got your request and no response since. I cancelled both charges on Tuesday and even after emailing them letting them know why all I’ve received is another we received your email response. These are the types of issues that drove people away from VV in the first place; poorly managing the site and not doing a good job responding to issues and complaints from members. I've criticized them in the past for coming off as very unprofessional in the way they handle things. You would think after all the business they've lost to their new competition, these types of issues would have been addressed first and foremost.
