Landlords are paranoids about almost every dam thing..could be something minimal and still they will find an reason to discution.Remember about ten,fifteen years ago living in an leasing house and one day the landlords were there seen an new tv that i brought to there and didn't like it much...

I don't understand.  Recently I read here that James had rushed to hide the cameras because the landlord was coming.

So, when he gives up the apartment he leaves them there????? If the lease has expired, the landlord can treat that valuable equipment as abandoned and take it.

I would have thought it was Anna & Alex responsibility to remove the cams

As managers could be their responsibility to removed it, but the equipment could be from VH

Ok I saw again the entire scene from timeline.. The woman when she entered for the first time was calm and didn't care about the cams, she starts to reorder and clean but she wasn't surprise to see the cams. After a few minutes she called maybe her husband (?) telling him to come to remove the cams (maybe she wasn't capable with technologic stuff).. When the man came he didn't know if he could remove the cams, so they started to argue.. Mainly about the mess, then about the cams too but it seems they already knew about the cams... So she called someone maybe James or someone else, maybe they were expecting to find the apartment in order and without cams...

Whom here is shock that James didn't clean up or bother to contact Alex help him remove the cameras? Not that I watch him often but few time I did watch James was appear lazy and I remember on this board there was question when he last took bath.
