RLC gives them what they need, the place, the cameras , people to party with, and sometimes they plan some events for them. but what they do is totally up to them. some of them are more interesting characters, so they can provide good entertainment for the viewers and some are just boring people who fail miserably😃 and of course if they are good at it they are rewarded. 😂
