    In this apartment under this condition you'll never know, if 'under maintenance' means a new girl is coming or this apartment will close down. Let's hope for the former!

I am not to optimistic after all these failures in the past, that any new pairing will last too long in the future. :( I once had high hopes for the first cast and my hope came back with that last cast, that failed tonight. :-X Maybe the real problem is Nora? Skip Nora and bring on 3 or 4 new girls that get well along with each other...and this aparment will be flying high again! What do you think? :o
