When lots of people watch the same feed it interferes with the Bandwidth and creates buffering issues.  Since RLC has their Video at 1080p it takes a lot of Bandwidth to keep the feed streaming. If they were to cut it back to 720p it wouldn't use as much Bandwidth and the Stream would flow smoother.

they don't fix it because as a result of the shitty feed, they hope people will think they missed something and sub to the replay.

Regalar días, es lo que hecho en más de una ocasión. Eso es sencillo, no pierden mucho dinero, por no decir nada, pero callan todas las bocas.
En eso toman una decisión inteligente.

They have Multiple Servers in different areas.  It seems to affect some and not others.

Si no está informado, esos problemas, no vienen propiamente de RLC (hablo de RLC, como Cualquier empresa que contrata los servicios de empresas que su las que si tienen esos servidores). RLC está comprometido con la capacidad de una organización mundial, lo que significa que es necesario negociar con los negociadores.
Pero aparte de eso, como dice antes, quizas, tiene la mayoría no interesa esta conversación entre nosotros.
Es casualidad, que tiene RLC, siempre el sucedán cosas muy parecidas.
¿Es ese contrato con segunda categoría? Cosa que no tiene imaginario, con las inversiones que hacen hacen ...

It's certainly been down in the UK for half an hour or more now. Occasionally one can get some of the flats/appartments but some including Barcelona are down altogether.
