Yes, if they want to do sightseeing and enjoy Barcelona, B3 is probably more convenient. RLC has always had a hands off approach for guests in the apartments, but it makes sense to offer them a couple apartment if they are going to stay as a couple for a while.

They don't take the apartment offline anymore when the maid is working though (which is good, she is really cute ) - I assume she is OK with the cameras. Maybe RLC management or technical staff though.
