I honestly think Anna has a good heart and she is trying to help them out of a bad situation. Maybe I'm wrong, but that how I like to think about it. I have a very heavy worry what this progression is going to have the effect of damaging people's ability to see the tenants as human beings with real feelings and real problems. For example, the celebration going on with Misty, I find to be a bit disturbing. 4
