Cam Caps does have a Store where Members can purchase a VHTV Membership. If you're talking of a store similar to VHTV then @Admin would have to do that if he desires to. If the tenants are under no obligation to do anything then you cannot say that a person buying gift will get to watch the tenant receive it.
