No the ending is "-ung" You use to make an adjective to a substantive in German. For example "to end" in German means "enden". "The end" means "Endung"

By the way "smoking" in German means "tuxedo" So "no smoking" in German means "no tuxedos allowed" 😂 "Nicht Rauchen" means "no smoking"
