In order to know if I like an apartment, I have to check out all of them. And it is like a revolving door, new ones come in, others are out (and sometimes even before I have time to see if I like them or not. In the early days, with fewer apartments, we had time to enjoy real life of the participants. Now, I barely know the name of many tenants. I like to believe that I am similar to many subscribers: I don't watch the site 10 hours per day. But it becomes obvious that the staff selecting which video makes it to the archive have their own preferences and many scenes are NOT making it to archives. That may be good enough for dh in Clara's place, but I think most people want to share this experience with others. There's just not a big enough audience on CamCaps for all of the apts. ...As an aside, this is why I bitched so loudly when you guys took down your free cam and other apts followed. What you did was kick out the non-member CC people from the forums and it left mainly only subscribers posting comments here. There was a symbiotic relationship between the VHTV subscriber and the CC non-member that made this place a whole lot more interesting. Taking away the free cams, broke this relationship and many of the non-members left the VHTV forums. Fortunately, VHTV and some of the tenants realized the importance of the free cams and some of the non-members have returned. VHTV should advertise CamCaps on their site heavily, but for what ever reason they don't. It's a no brainer and I have tried and tried countless times and ways to point this out to them. And one last thing, the sex inflation on VHTV brought in a different sort of "voyeur" if you will. Most of the subscribers are very likely porn watchers who scour VHTV for sex to jerk off to and then leave. Stanley used to be one too, but when the gay apts ended I think his interest here did too. Anyways, they scour the timelines looking for bumps of interest and pick what goes into the archives. Since there may not be a whole lot of attention for anything gay or tame like girls putting on makeup and such, don't expect them to put anything in there unless it is of their interest. I'm not bashing them, it's natural of them to do this. So, you'll have to tell them what to put in the archive in the request thread. Helps to be specific with the apt name, cam #, times, and a general idea of what you want to see. Your point about Alan is fair comment but to be honest the majority of guys don't want to watch guys jerking off, whilst watching 2 women is probably popular with guys and gals. Sorry if my bias shows here lol. Hence the failure of the gay apartments and the better success of the girly ones. From a business view VH obviously have to cater more for the majority as opposed to the minority, fact of life I suppose.
