Could be or she just doesn't like be filmed. Well, she was the unofficial wife, so maybe she got tired of being 2nd. So many possibilities!

She didn't seem to mind about a week or so ago when her and Alice had a marathon sesson on the couch so I would  assume it is your second option, tired of being second best.

Yes.. but normally the "sex" with Spartak was way more with Sasha then with Alice..
