For the record I don't send tickets for drug use. I will for violence or minors or something heinous, but recreational drug use is not a big deal to me. 

My biggest concern is that the tenants are treated fairly, and with some dignity and respect by their manager and VHTV. That's why I'm so pissed off about the trial period issue. To me, it's a theft!

I get so upset when I see the tenants getting exploited by their managers. I just wish they could be fair to them. It's their sex life that's being exposed, they shouldn't be getting ripped off they way they are. They should be earning their money from day 1 under a fair deal. Trial periods are for guests, not tenants. I hate the scam that Alex and Lina are pulling on them. It's shitty!
