You don't have to be a Rocket Scientist to know how to Make a Bed, Laundry, Dusting and Cleaning. RLC could save lots of Money without having a Maid and make the Tenants Responsible to clean after themselves. If they worry about Breaking a Fingernail, they grow back. 1
