I think they resigned from organizing parties at home because of too many fails. It's easy to find other swinging couples, but hard to convince them to be a vhtv stars. Since now apartment will be dead, I reckon;  some activity during the week, then Friday/Saturday out to meet others and that's it.

Why? It is their choice - to have party in mansion or in an apartment with cameras, or in swing club.
