Wow you people really live in La la land. There is absolutely no proof or any official statement that the russian apartments are over and done with.  Stop all the fantasy stories in your heads 😉
Go outside and enjoy the summer instead.

What, and leave my basement unguarded?  I think not Monsieur.

This article explains the new Russian law, which restricts Russian sites from using servers outside of Russia.

President Putin has now signed the Russian Internet Law, enabling the country to cut off the world wide web if required, centralizing Russia's...

However, the law does not take effect until November 1.

It is possible that the Russian apartments could come back, with new DNS addresses that are for Russian servers.  Perhaps, RLC will have two parts, one part for the Russian apartments that uses Russian servers only, and one part for RLC apartments outside of Russia.  Russians might not be able to access the apartments that are not in Russia.

I'd gladly give her any color of any kind of card along with anything else she might want if she would leave there and meet me anywhere she would want and let me take care of her !  😉

La La Land happens when you think you should wait for RLC to post an official announcement about anything of this nature. I ain't waiting. All Russian dead threads will be moved to the Archives. New threads can be created if any of them ever return. It's GAME OVER. If I'm wrong, then I'll buy you a life-time of virtual adult beverages over at the Old Dude's Saloon.

It's easy for them
copy rlc web
new domain name
Nya dns
remove old europe aps
insert all old / new russian aps
link cams ip addres
cams are already in place

Replay
copy replay web
Nya dns
new domain name the same as the site fixed / replay
point to where to store the new replay
go online with ip addres so no one will find you start testing
fix what doesn't work
when ok connect up segpayment
test again live ok
link ip addres to domain
IM ALIVE
if it is easy 2 days with a lot of problems 1-2 weeks

so I think we will see them again.
The worst thing about it is that we have to pay for it.
