Great they are an American company, so they must fall under some type of rules and regulations if and when they break a contract with their customers, so are they obligated to start refunding money back to their customers or are they obligated by law to extend free of charge for the time that they were offline.... I guess these are questions only for someone that's familiar with the internet companies rules and regulations towards their customers 1
