It's called a subsidy. Losing is not an option. Reminds of the tenants who took advantage of Lisa.

Indeed.Jeka also had a bunch of them in one house,,but he was smart enought to end it fast enought(but he probably still lost money with place).

This location is pretty bad.  The residents are screwing in the kitchen behind a curtain.  At this point whats the point of being on here.

You are absolutely right, this apartment must be closed, the residents are useless and in addition it hides behind a curtain.

They are connected to ex-RLC tenants. Failure is not an option. Subsidy is in effect!

Nina and Kira do things anyway but here there is nothing at all, even Darcie's cat does more things, as well turn off the cameras, it will come back the same

absolutely not my friend; they put them on the list without asking, without decreasing the fee, even without possibility of removing all those shitty apartments from personal list; long time ago vhtv said it'll be much bigger in the future & we'll get the chance to subscribe to apartments which we really want to see; got it?

oh, yes I know; on the very next day after such system has been implemented, many of useless so called participants would have lost source of income, as no one would pay for watching those crap apartments 😂

When I ask VH why they keep an apt open. where nothing ever happens, they always answer me in the same way: "No wiews, no money and then the tenants will live".
My objection: but if the tenants have other sources of income and therefore decide not to leave the apt., What happens?
This could be the case with this apt. but also that of S&S, R&D, N&K and Anna.
We don't pay the Tenants directly; we pay only VH and therefore VH must guarantee us a minimum of activity in these apartments.
This activity does not necessarily have to be like the one that takes place at Alladin & Jasmine or Nikki & Poppy; something like Teya & Stan, Katie & Phil, Alice & Pavel would be enough for me: nothing extraordinary but very exciting and very similar to a normal life.

On the other hand, maybe it's a good thing that VHTV is making it possible for people to live their real life on cam and escape the burdens of working the cams for pay. I argued a long time ago that VHTV should pay a small salary and pay bonuses based on views as a means to tame the progression to POV porn into the cams, which is what would happen if a system of pure views played itself out. They need to have a balance between over the top camstar sex and real life.

wrong; any intervention on the free market only makes the situation worse; only subscribers' needs should be taken into account and only what we're willing to pay for, makes a project economically profitable; if they really subsidy all those shitty apartments as you say, soon the base of the subscribers willing to carry on will start to shrink;
