It is VH that fails to deliver the service that we paid for. It is VH that tries to save money on maintenance and capacity load costs. A year ago, in such situation VHTV would come here, explain and provide an ETA. A year ago, VHTV would not ignore so many support tickets. VHTV is not the same customer friendly company anymore. Not sure what happened.
