They wanna get rid of that massive chip on their shoulder for a start. Yes they have been treated badly in the past but thats history they need focusing more on the future and not keep bleating on about it as it just pisses people off and may even incite more racism. There are White people who hate Black people just because they are Black and there are Black people who hate White people just because they are White.

The cause has now morphed into the real objective---defund the police--get rid of the police--the left is gradually making some headway into scaring their politicians into compliance--and those in power who are on the far left are eating this up. 2
