Aren't moderators the ones who should pay attention to people not getting insulted? It seems as if you can write almost anything here without any consequences. I think, nobody should be insulted, no matter if they are guest, members, paying members, tenants or whatever. The same rules should be applied to everyone. If a tenant gets insulted you are not insulting the character they play (as you would do if you insult a character in a TV film), you are insulting the person directly.
